Villa Penika is a superbly equipped villa, sleeps up to six people in comfort.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a 25ft heated outdoor pool and spa for you to relax in. Backing onto a golf course within easy reach of beautiful beaches, intracoastal waterway, fishing and boating facilities, excellent restaurants and shopping.
Villa Penika has a pool guard round the pool, Gas BBQ, Patio furniture and sun longers. The Kitchen is well equipped including fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and cooker, there is a separate utility room with washer and dryer, all bed linen and bathroom towels are provided. There is a local professional Maintenance company to assist you during your stay,
2 Satellite Televisions, DVD, VCR, Hi Fi, and WiFi High speed internet. The bedrooms have King, Double, and Twin bedrooms, there is NO sofa bed, there is optional electric heating for the spa at an additional extra fee.
Villa Penika has available for your enjoyment Mountain bikes, 1 child's bike and helmet for approximate age 5. Also golf clubs, fishing rods, safe, surf board, cool box, toys, books and games.

I would first like to let you know how pleased we were dealing with
JustChoiceVillas. Your quick response and detailed information allowed us to
quickly make a decision to rent.
The information package we received provided us with all the information we
required,ie:access to the villa, map, directions and management contact in
Rotonda.
We found the villa prepared for our arrival. Most impressed with the
cleanliness and that there was everything required for our stay.
The day after our arrival we contacted DeMar to ask for assistance with the
internet connection. We found them to be most professional and courteous.
We absolutley loved Villa Penika and should we return next year we will
definatley consider JustChoiceVillas. We will recommend it to our friends.
